I could not be happier with customer service's patience, knowledge, promptness, and willingness to get samples out to me the fastest way possible and full explanations of the process of how they worked. Shipping service was speedy! They were very eager to please. They even moved the pallets into my garage! I really cannot begin to say how pleased I was. I was pleased not only with the condition that the pallets arrived in but also in the shipping costs in comparison to other sources. I have so far opened one half and installed nearly a third of our total order. It is not only incredibly beautiful but also of high quality. The gauge of the tile are very close for a natural quarried product. We had minimal breakage, even less than I would have expected for slate. I am very happy to have found a source for natural tile with reasonable pricing and high quality. I have worked with tile and floor coverings for many years and would recommend your product and your site.
